Since 2016, Jiaren has jointly developed its chemical recycling 10,000-ton industrialization technology, and built a green recycling system of recycled DMT/ recycled chips/ recycled yarn. At present, Jiaren chemical process has an annual processing capacity of 40,000 tons of waste textiles with output of 30,000 tons of green recycled products. In 2023, 150,000 tons new project has been fully started. Until 2030, Jiaren will build an recycled polyester industrial cluster of 500,000 tons.
Jiaren plans to create a 500,000-ton green recycled fiber industry within 3 to 5 years.
Currently, the Phase II of 70,000 tons of waste spinning recycling polyester project, Phase III of 400,000 tons of green polyester new material project have settled in Shangyu District and Keqiao District respectively, and expected to be put into operation in 2024.
After completion the whole project, the annual sales revenue will be 14.183 billion yuan, the total tax revenue will be 668 million yuan.
